The Hub connects events with notifications. Read about its purpose, messaging rules and operating limits.
1. Purpose and availability
We use the Hub to connect system events with notifications and track sending outcomes. It is not open for purchase or public use. You cannot obtain access through this page.
2. Source and permissions
The Hub must not be used for impersonation, fraud, credential harvesting, unlawful content, third-party rights violations, spam or attempts to bypass platform limits. Where there is a reasonable indication of risk, access or sending may be restricted proportionately under the applicable agreement and law.
3. Processing and outcomes
Processing a notification and acceptance by the platform do not guarantee delivery or reading. Channel availability, the recipient account’s conditions and platform events may affect the outcome.
4. What the Hub does not offer
The Hub does not offer code-based authentication, chat, immediate assistance, banking services or payment processing. These pages do not set prices or support response times.
5. Data and existing relationships
This website does not change existing contracts, cancellation conditions or established rights. The terms of your agreement and your rights under the law continue to apply.

Brazilian law applies. Any disputes will be handled by the court with jurisdiction under mandatory law, preserving the consumer’s right to the applicable consumer forum where relevant.
To the extent permitted by law, the Brazilian Portuguese version prevails. The English version is provided for convenience and does not reduce your rights.
