Corporate privacy overview

Version 1.2.0 · Updated 2026-09-08 · Effective 2026-09-08 · Prevailing language: pt-BR

1. Stopping messages

The Hub does not automatically process the word “SAIR”. Sending that reply alone does not stop notifications. A request to stop messages relates to the specified service and does not erase existing records.

2. Requesting correction or deletion

You may request information about processing, access to and correction of your data, information about sharing and, where applicable, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, restriction, anonymization or deletion. You may also request a review of decisions based solely on automated processing where provided by law.

When describing your request, identify what you want to correct, which messages you want to stop or which data you want deleted. This page does not carry out these actions.

3. The scope of deletion

Stopping messages does not automatically erase related records. With the current configuration, the cleanup routine removes the plain-text phone number, authorization reference and message parameters and components from the notification record after 30 days from the Hub receiving the sending request. Removal depends on the routine running and is not a guarantee of erasure at the exact expiry time. Identifiers, consent information and histories remain. There is not yet automatic deletion of all these records. When requesting deletion, also identify the service that originated the message, as it may keep its own records.

Deleting information in the Hub does not erase messages from devices, copies held by the messaging platform or records in other systems. If a legal obligation prevents some data from being deleted, you have the right to know why.

4. Verification and response

Reviewing a request may require confirming your identity to protect your data. Verification must be limited to what is necessary. You have the right to know the outcome, the reasons for any limitation and how to request reconsideration under applicable law.

To locate your data, provide the service and the order or message reference, if available. Do not send passwords, authentication codes or complete documents in an initial inquiry.

5. Request channel

To request access to, correction of or deletion of personal data, email privacidade@myconecta.com.br. Requests are free of charge. Identify the relevant service and describe your request. Do not send passwords, authentication codes or complete documents in your first message.

You can also open a request through the protected form and receive a tracking code. Submission starts the assessment; no deletion happens automatically.

To the extent permitted by law, the Brazilian Portuguese version prevails. The English version is provided for convenience and does not reduce your rights.
