MyConecta Hub is our notification system. It receives events from other systems, checks messaging permissions and tracks message outcomes.
How it works
A system provides an event and its context. The Hub checks recorded permissions, organizes sending and tracks the available processing and delivery status. Accepting a message for sending does not confirm that it has been delivered or read.
Why a message reaches you
A notification may relate, for example, to an order or request you made. If you do not recognize the reason for a message, do not share passwords or codes and check its source before replying.
Permissions and preferences
The operation that originates a message must retain the event context, the number provided by the recipient and the record of permission applicable to the channel. For WhatsApp, this includes prior opt-in to receive the messages; requests to stop must be respected. Preferences not to receive further messages must be handled by the responsible operation; stopping communications does not automatically erase records that must be retained.

The Hub is not open for purchase or public use. Its function is to send notifications; it does not offer code-based authentication, chat, immediate assistance or financial services.
